Prototyping

Our prototype processes and systems are separate from our production systems.  Buying for the prototype environment is handled in a totally separate platform. There is a dedicated MRP system designed to maximize speed and material availability.  In this environment, our prototype purchasing group services the customer’s need for speed and fast delivery in an effort to do quick turn manufacturing. Our prototype team is staffed with engineering resources from Purchasing, Operations, Test and Manufacturing. Our goal is to accelerate the manufacturing process and reduce errors.  We will conduct a DFM and DFT review using our internal software tools, all in an effort to bring your prototype to market fast.  We can make suggestions on part substitutions and alternatives to speed up the manufacturing process.

It is our commitment to prototype customers that we will deliver prototypes 3-5 days after receipt of Gerber files. It is the norm that we will deliver prototypes the same day material arrives.
