Spectral employs an organizational structure specifically designed to maximize quality, on-time performance, customer satisfaction and manufacturing efficiency.

The company’s core management team is comprised of customer support, operations, human resources and finances, all of which have direct responsibility for the following key operations of the company:
Quality Assurance; Technical Program Management; Manufacturing Engineering Support; New Product Introduction; Material and Production Management; Accounting; Sales and Marketing; Employee Relations; Procurement and Test Management.

This management group is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and meets with the president weekly to address production, material, and quality issues. This flat organization gives Spectral the flexibility to react quickly to accommodate the needs of both the customer and the company.

A formalized corrective action group is also in place to assure service and customer satisfaction remains consistently high. This group meets weekly and is lead by the Quality Assurance Manager of Spectral Response, Inc.
